This is one of our display homes, the Atlanta 154. This is our smallest home at 15.4 squares of living -

plus 4 squares for the double garage.

We build this style house in five sizes, ranging from a 3 bedroom home of 19 squares (inc Garage) to a 4 bedroom plus Rumpus home at 29 squares.

Here is a look around the Atlanta 154, our Display Home in Mill Park Lakes.

This is the front lounge. We also offer this size home in the Barcelona style - in which case it would have a Bay Window and traditional style inclusions and a Federation facade, whereas our Atlanta has the Georgian facade and a modern interior.

Looking from the lounge, back towards the front door. The stylish indented wall is standard in both our Atlanta 154 and our Barcelona 158. On the other side of this (brick) wall is the double garage, with panel lift door to the front and roller door to the rear and security entry to the interior of the house.

Looking down the passage from the front door, you can get an indication of the excellent and space - efficient layout of this compact and elegant home.

The master bedroom clearly demonstrates that I need to get a camera with a better lens! This picture does not give an indication of the space that is actually available here. At the bottom of the bed is the ensuite and the walk-in robe.

What you see is what you get - unless you want to change it. Choice of bench/cupboard/tile colours is always up to the customer.

The kitchen has stylish appointments and comes with the dishwasher as an option.

There is a surprising amount of room in the corner pantry. The Technika rangehood, oven and cooktop are all included in our package.

Looking from the kitchen, you get a good view of the meals and family room. This is a fabulous entertainer for the small family or couple. We have found this to be popular with both young couples and empty-nesters looking for a change that is both stylish, modern and beautifully finished.

Here's a closer look at the family room. The wall is finished with brown suede, which is an option. At the back is a window which we can convert to a door if you want additional access to the back garden.

Too small? The back of this house easily extends - we can even add a rumpus room, or re-configure it to 3 bedrooms and a study.

Now there's an innovation! Even in a compact house we recognise the need for a spacious laundry with built-in broom cupboard! Outside you can see the roller door rear access to the double garage.

A large main bathroom with separate WC. Standard large mirrors, qualit tapwear, lots of tiles and IXL heat lamp/fan - all standard!

One of the two childrens bedrooms. They are both the same size (so we haven't shown the other one). At the foot of the bed is the double wardrobe. The nice thing about the location of the bedrooms it that they are separated from the living areas - so anyone going from bedroom to bathroom is kept private. Also, the wardrobes are positioned to insulate the rooms from the noise of the living areas. The bedroom/living room areas are also separated by a cavity sliding door.

This home is displayed on a block of 12m wide and 36m deep - but will fit on a block as small as 12 x 28 meters (subject to easements and building guidelines or covenants) If your block is smaller, say 10 meters wide, we would reduce the size of the double garage to a large single garage.

Larger or smaller, Federation or Georgian, this is a well thought out plan for both entertaining and quiet times. Ideal for a couple or small family.
