Angelco Homes is a Boutique Builder and we have been building in the Northern suburbs for over 10 years. Many people haven't heard of us as we don't feel the need for heavy advertising - instead we have a lot of referral business, sent by our growing list of satisfied customers!

Angelco opened our first two Display Homes in Mill Park Lakes (which are shown here on this site) in 2003.

We have The Barcelona - a Federation Style single storey with 4 bedrooms and a Rumpus Room which at 29 squares is priced at $198,000 to build on your land, plus any site costs.

Our other display home is a single-fronted Georgian Style home, The Atlanta, with three bedrooms, ensuite, 2 living areas and double garage is almost 20 squares and costs only $149,000 to build, plus any site costs.

As these Displays are now closed and we have moved to our new Displays at Woodland Waters, Mernda, the only way to see these homes is here on our website.

Both the Atlanta and the Barcelona houses come in 5 sizes ranging from 16 to 24 squares of living, plus double garage

We are currently building two new Displays: the Monaco and the Montreal.

The Montreal is testimony to Angelco's dedication to their clients and needs. We have listened to the comments of our customers over the years and incorporated many of the design features from our existing homes, the Atlanta and the Barcelona, into a single dwelling, The Monaco with everything our clients have asked for and made them standard features!

The big difference that Angelco customers have noticed is that our prices are inclusive of what you see on display! Many people make the comment to us that they become disillusioned when they visit the displays of many builders and find that the advertised price bears no reflection to the price of the displayed house. They are given a starting price - then have to add on $50,000 or so to bring it up to the "As Displayed" product.

We Don't Do That! All our homes include: Carpets and floor tiles. Wall tiles are as displayed - including pretty wall tiles, mosaics and border tiles! Bathrooms and ensuites have IXL Tastics, and quality fixtures. The Barcelona has a Tassie Oak kitchen and the Atlanta has vinyl wrap - in the quality you see displayed with all appliances: Technika stainless steel cooktop, rangehood and wall oven. Only the dish washer is an option. The doors, pillars, handles, cornices, skirting boards and quality craftmanship that you see displayed is what you can confidently expect to get when we build for you.

Directors and brothers, David & Bob decided that they only wanted to put their name to a quality product and set out to prove that good old-fashioned craftmanship and customer service was still the best foundation for a long-term business.
